Rajouri garden is soon catching up to be the ‘it’ spot to party with a cluster of restaurants in the vicinity. Breaking the monotony is the very humble and talented Varun Puri, who recently launched Lights Camera Action Air Bar. His efforts to bring new and innovative dining experience like Molecular Gastronomy are indeed commendable.

Sounds interesting? Well, this is just the start! My tryst with LCA began at the grand launch party of the restaurant. Needless to say, Bollywood biggies like Tanisha Mukerjee became a part of the launch which was a total blockbuster hit!

Chicken-e-Chameli – Juicy and succulent pieces of boneless Chicken marinated to perfection! The mint dip alleviates the taste to another level!

Cheesy Cheez – These mini kulchas stuffed with gooey Cheese and Oregano are the perfect starters. They are light and taste best when served piping hot!

Chemical Locha Salad – Fresh, flavourful and tangy. An ideal start to set the tone of an awesome meal.
Bole Toh?
Bole Toh? – If you are an Oreo fanatic, then you must try its delicious fusion with the famous Indian dessert Rabri. The plating is drool worthy and the sweetness is perfect.

Hollywood Nitrogen Papdi Dhokla Chaat
Hollywood Nitrogen Papdi Dhokla Chaat – An amalgam of all the Chaats that could possibly exist – Papri Chaat, Dhokla Chaat and Spinach Chaat! And the flavors are as authentic as the vendor on the streets of Chandi Chowk. The preparation of the platter by the very talented Chef Aman is very impressive. Get your mind blown by seeing instant Frozen yogurt with liquid nitrogen turn into a sumptuous dish!

Selfie Wall
The way to the terrace is through a selfie wall. This section of the restaurant is my favorite! Famous, infamous, funny, crazy, all sorts of selfies have found a way here.
Terrace
Spacious and beautifully lit, the terrace is an interesting spot for party animals in evening and a relaxing meal for two in the day.
Varun, being a perfectionist, has not left any stone unturned to make LCA more than just dining. It’s about an experience, that is gonna last on your mind for long and taste, that is going to tingle your taste buds for weeks altogether.
