To kickstart the fabulous new season of MasterChef Australia, Star World and Food Talk India Curated a bite sized experience to Season 7 in association with Olive Bar Qutub Minar.
AMUSE BOUCHE – a French word that translates to “Amuse mouth”
Inspired by 5 favorite recipes from this season- Chef Sujan Sarkar created a bite sized teaser to MasterChef Australia Season 7. Here’s a little snapshot of the delicacies especially curated by the talented culinary expert.

Amuse Bouche: Beetroot chip, truffled goat cheese mousse, cress and mud
Muse: Mushroom Custard Hazelnut Granola with Sautéed Mushrooms and Mushroom Pickle
Amuse Bouche: Liquid duck egg and Hazelnut mousse, puffed black rice, mushroom smoke
Muse: Lamb Noisettes a la Forestiere with Madeira Sauce
Amuse Bouche: Sous vide Australian lamb loin Confit root, semi dried tomato, burnt leeks, braised lettuce, thyme jus
Muse: Bistro Vues Warm Chocolate Orange Mousse
Amuse Bouche: Hot Valarhona mousse, Kumquart sorbet, chocolate cookie crumble
Muse: Passionfruit Sphere and Coconut Granita with Pineapple
Amuse Bouche: Broken passion fruit tart Passion fruit sable, passion fruit gel, passion fruit curd, fake egg shell meringue
